I wish I could start my day out everyday like today with a Breath of Heaven session with Donna! She reaffirmed messages I had received previously and helped me source and deal with where my pain was coming from (I had spent the previous day I bed because of it…YUK) But most of all she is helping me realize my strengths and worth. Chronic pain treatment – My Story

I am an experienced healthcare practitioner and physical thereapist who has spent the past 26 years tuning into my clients to help them relieve issues of pain and dysfunction.

I was helping people the best way I knew how with all of my traditional skills in pain relief. I have always been very spiritual and one day I got this clear direction for God directing me to remove pain using the breath. I was astounded when it worked! I felt very silly at first with some of the messages I received but I trusted in my faith and divine source has never failed.

My search for more information led her to receive formal training in Canada. In addition to this I was receiving simultaneous spirit led teachings from the Divine. In 2006 at the request of many, I expanded her spiritual services beyond the circle of clients, family, church and friends and began providing Breath of Heaven services to the general public in individual and group settings. Referral of family and friends has spread the awareness of her services across the nation.

I work with the angels and spirit guide directed by divine source to give you intuitive messages from your angels, spirit guides and other benevolent energies to heal your body mind and spirit.

Expanding Your Intuition Part II

The Lifestyle

“Beads, beads, beads!” The children and adults where shouting from all directions as I walked the parade route of the Gasconade County Fair last week handing out Tidbits Magazines and strands of multicolored faceted bead necklaces. How interested I became in how each request was made.

I was very warm, carrying 50 to a hundred papers in the bend of my left elbow, a bag of 6-7 dozen necklaces in my left hand and also in my left hand the current dozen necklaces which I was untangling to fill the many requests that I was hearing. My right hand quickly gave out papers and necklaces until my supply was gone and then I quickly ran to the open trunk of the decorated car that housed more beads and papers to fill up and return to the curb over and over again. Our town has a rule that all candy, paper and beads must be handed to the onlookers rather than thrown to ensure the safety of the children along the parade route. My oldest Son Corey had requested my assistance in promoting his new franchise the Franklin and Gasconade County Tidbits magazine.

I had many fond memories of building floats through out my life and eagerly agreed, as a mater of fact I had just helped Trevor’s class with float building for the high school Junior Class earlier that afternoon.

Perhaps it was the many hours in extreme heat that day that was putting my senses on alert, as children demanded I untangle the beads and give them the red strand or the blue strand. I was keenly aware of the uneasy feeling I had come over me when some little boy demanded three necklaces. I was also aware of the sadness I felt bubbling inside of me when I offered an elderly woman a tidbits ‘full of great money saving coupons’ and she said I’ll take one only if you give all of my 4 grandchildren necklaces. I was struggling hard to shed their projected feelings but when in the same 50 feet I had two interesting interactions. One little girl said “just a minute’ and motion me to a stop as I was trying to run down the street and catch up to the Tidbits car only to slowly reach down and grab her very full bag of parade goodies, open it and motion for me to place the beads in her bag. Fifty feet later a little girl bent over and asked me to put the necklace on her neck for her! Unbelievable I thought…I giving these free and everyone wants it given to them in their own unique way.

God offers happiness, peace, serenity, joy and unconditional love.

Then it happened, God showed me I was the same way. God offers happiness, peace, serenity, joy and unconditional love. However I can’t accept that and live it all the time because of the chaos of my mind chatter thinking.. .”I will be happy when…”or “I will be loving if…” ‘I will experience serenity when I get to…” These are the illusions, that keep me from my truth… my essence, my birthright of being unconditional love, serenity, peace joy and happiness. I was instantly reminded that every circumstance of life is an opportunity to become that which I am so diligently seeking.

This is so important when I want to tune in to my intuition. These gentle parade faces reminded me once again to focus with gratitude on what I am handed in life! This is the lifestyle that naturally opens ones connection to the subtle whispers of God.

I am often asked “how is it that you tune in to your clients and get such accurate and helpful information in a room full of 45 people?’ “Is it the prayer you use, do you meditate, what is the process of tuning in that you use?” I believe it is a process of not so much just tuning in but also tuning out that which is not helpful. Hearing in the subtle realm and picking up the energetic blueprint of an individual is a natural process that we all have the power to do. God whispers everyday we just don’t always tune in and take time to listen. There is an immense guidance system available to all of us, offering us insights and wisdom on everything from relationships and career to health and success!

Receiving this guidance is often difficult because many of us have not learned how to be in the present moment with focus and intention.

Receiving this guidance is often difficult because many of us have not learned how to be in the present moment with focus and intention. Instead our mind is cluttered with thoughts of past emotions, hurts and disappointments, or future fear and worry regarding life’s circumstances. This mind chatter often carries us away and we experience stress and tension and have difficulty being clear headed and alert. We have difficulty separating our thoughts from the Divine guidance that is offered to us. As a result we are not able to trust and be at peace with our hunches and gut feelings.

Here are six powerful pointers to help you tune in to your intuition and tune out what often blocks it.

Discover who you are beyond your thoughts and live life from that place! Separating from your thoughts will connect you to a part of you that many call, their center, being grounded, the temple of Holy Spirit, their higher self, their intuition, and this list of labels goes on to incorporate many belief systems and traditions around the world.
Turn all of the villains from your past into your greatest teachers. For many there are people who have ‘done’ something to them and they get lost in telling or feeling their story of how they were victimized over and over.
Make sure that every story you tell about yourself is one where you are the hero. look at every event and see how you benefited. For some this may be impossible, but each incident in life gives us at least a point of reference. That point of reference may be simply, “I now know what I don’t want any more”.
Rewrite the stories from the past and retell them only to bless another with the wisdom that you gained.
In other words as we take the stories that have been heavy ‘on’ our heart and turn them into stories ‘of’ our heart something magical happens, we become empowered, we live with passion, we return to the energy of our youth, we get in touch with our intuition, we connect to the infinite powers available to us and we heal!
Try telling stories by saying, that incident gave me one of the best teachers I have ever had, because I was encouraged to grow and I met an aspect of myself I had not yet met. The stronger part, the wiser part, the more compassionate part for example. Making peace with your past makes peace in your present and this is where you will hear and be able to trust what I call the Breath of Heaven.

Try telling only stories from the past that begin with I am so grateful that I had that experience because it invited me to meet an aspect of myself that I had not yet met.
